It was when he shortarmed a throw to RR. After watching the replay, JJ had a good first half but everyone's frustration grew in the second half after they scored to make it 17-14 and we couldn't get the passing game going to extend the lead. JJ got tight after the second pick and he started throwing the ball into the ground at the WR's feet, not wanting to throw another pick. Jarret Lee looked like he wanted to cry on the sidelines when he didn't get to go in that earlier series. Lee's pass to TT was behind him and he had to reach back and catch it. I will say it again, JL has the same problems as JJ, but he can't run. I think that JL's playing time will be very short when he does get in due to inability to do any better. Then what are ya'll going to do, just boo every incompletion. JJ is wilting under all the criticism, so it won't be pretty.

I just can't imagine Lee doing any worse. And if he comes in and lays a steamer like we've seen so far, then we're no worse for the wear. The Einstein quote on insanity is what I'm talking about. At some point, you need to try something different.

How soon they forget!

Anywho... just remember...

1. The same receivers that drop half the balls thrown to them would still be the same receivers for Lee.
2. The same receivers that have a hard time getting open will be the same receivers for Lee too.
3. The same O-line that has problems giving JJ time will be the same O-line for Lee.
4. The same idiots making stupid penalties will be the same idiots in the game if Lee gets a chance.
5. The same poor playcalling will be the same poor playcalling (maybe minus the options) when Lee gets in.

Summary: Lee has indeed already proven he "can" do worse and he did it with a lot better supporting cast at the time. He had better receivers then, better TE, better FB, better o-line.

Ya Ya Ya I can see it now... LSU's current receivers have the ability to be the best blah blah blah. Save it. I know we have awesome athletes at the receiver position... but being an awesome athlete doesn't automatically make you an awesome WR. Their receivers are horrible, at least so far. Can't catch a beach ball in a shower stall.

Sure JJ is doing bad. But there is NO reason to think Lee can do any better when you consider all the above mentioned.

As a side note... anyone find it amusing that Lee comes in and throws a 4 yd pass on 3rd and 8??? JJ would have been booed out of the stadium... again. Yet the fans have no problem with Lee doing it.

Right now I would like to see Lee get in. Not because I think he'll do any better, he won't, but because maybe it will shut up some of these asinine "so called fans".

Atleast Lee makes it exciting when he fails. This shite is just too boring and depressing to watch right now

Kind of hard to get into groove if you only play 2-3 snaps.

I do not necessarily agree with these statements. Sometimes a team will rally around a QB change and improve everyone's performance. It could give them a spark.

I don't think you can tell how Lee would play after two passes

As much as I agree and , this might be impossible since the other 5 are running teams. Hell, even Navy has more passing yards per game than LSU in 2010.

Jordan was booed, if you were at the game and are not retarded, deaf or lying to yourself you KNOW the fans booed JJ...

I feel bad for the kid, imagine being 20 years old and having to deal with this pressure. I know there are kids in Afganistan at that age, but just put yourself in his shoes..

He's the starting QB for one of the premier college football teams in the country. If he can't handle the pressure of hearing a few boos and accept some criticism for his mistakes, then I sure as hell don't want him leading this team into battle against the SEC's best
