I am doing this from memory but I think I have the numbers correct. I am only looking at SEC Records and National Titles because these are the most important as far as championships and titles.

Lee/JJ have been together 4 years.
SEC Regular Season Record 22-10
Average of 5.5 wins 2.5 losses a year.
Total of 1 West Title 1 SEC Title and no National Titles over a 4 year period.

Can Mett/Kiel/Rivers match these numbers over 4 years? Will they fall short or surpass them? What are your expectations for these 3 QBs?

Between the three of them and JR, if they don't match it with the talent around them they'll be huge disappointments.

I hope Miles-JJ type relationship won't happen with Randall or we'd be in trouble again.

I pray Mett doesn't get kicked off the team.

Please tell me you're black because if not this would be the beginning of race posts out the a$$. If not, then my response to your post would be that judging by all news, Randall is light years ahead of JJ/JL at this point in his career.

I think the boosters wont let Les Miles make this mistake again.

I'm not black and certainly not racially intended, by that I mean if Miles is stubbornly keeping one QB-relationship like he had with JJ even when things gone bad, we'll be doomed.

Easy on the racism accusations. I don't know what our fellow fan had in mind, but let's hope Miles doesn't develop a fetish for any of these QB's. He seems to have that tendency.

I have not been impressed with the development of QB's at LSU in a long time. The QB's seem to get worse the longer they play. I had high hopes that when Crowton left, things would change. Illness to our new Offensive Coordinator may have been a factor. I don't know. I am not on the practice field.

Still, QB development and player evaluation has been a big problem. You just don't get the feeling that Miles is putting the best player on the field, when it comes to QB, and even the other offensive skills positions. What happened to Shep? Some of this falls on the players.

On the defense, Miles and company have a much better track record, which causes me to wonder why they struggle some much at the QB position.

Lee scared the hell out of Miles. He probably viewed him as a threat to his career after 2008. 2009 he didn't play until JJ got hurt. 2010 apparently he had to play him when JJ started throwing for 89 yards a game and this year he was forced to play him and we went undefeated and vaulted to number 1 in the Nation while have some semblance of balance. I think its all psychological with Miles and Lee. Miles saw Jj as insurance to build himself a team that was perfect outside of Qb. Cant wait for 2012

I was just wondering what you trying to say that's all. I do agree with you though. I don't give a sh*t how good of an athlete his is, you have to call way more d*mn pass plays and if he can't execute it then he shouldn't be in the game period.

My crystal ball got fogged up on Monday night. I'll wait and see what Spring practice and the Spring games brings and get the ball out to read it.
