Imagine what Saban could get from Bama. "I'd like a 5 midgets to dry me off after my shower each morning with fans made from Asian spider silk."

I'd negotiate it down to three midgets with Asian spider silk or 5 midgets with synthetic fans, but no way is worth 5 with silk fans.

Wait you thought LSU could hire such a guy? We are not a good basketball program at the moment.

This guy has done well every where he's been, is young, very intelligent, and seems very hungry.

You really should use conference records for a mid major.

Unless you think it makes sense to count losses against Tennessee and Kentucky against him while he is coaching Chattanooga

I think Jimmy did say that Wade saw LSU as the better job.

Looks like a young coach with a whole lot of upside potential. What would you like to see?

LSU is a sleeping giant in basketball. Don't let these last few years fool you.

from what Jimmy said, it sounds like Wade has had his eye on this job for a while now.

I just got the shite off his wiki page.

You guys must be off your rockers to thing he'll be coaching here with more than Chattanooga talent. Is this guy some super recruiting guru or something. because it's going to take some time to prove LSU is not a black hole for collage BBall talent.

WTF

He absolutely, 100%, would be coaching here with FAR more talent than Chattanooga. Even average recruiters would do that.

I don't think there is any reason LSU couldn't be just like Florida with Donovan (obviously other than making sure you had the "Donovan" part first)

Assuming LSU wants to commit to basketball, the resources are here: Money, talent, and still the only "big" school in LA. Is Wade the guy who can do it? Who knows. There is definitely some big time potential here though
