This wont be a reason why. FSU can and will match any offer we give him, especially with zero state income tax.

Really? I've heard about getting a divorce but no specifics naturally.

If you read FSU's board, they're already rumoring Jimbo's replacement there.

Allegedly she banged a former Gators WR who is now a trainer.

I wanna say that it was Jimbo who reached out to LSU and not the other way around.

The whole Winston disaster is what did Jimbo in at FSU. Great QB, terrible person. I'm sure those were some hard years on Jimbob

I don't claim to know anything. What I do know is when coaching changes are made its extremely rare that you can take anything that leaks out as fact. How often does the first rumors leaked turn out to actually be true?

That's the way I look at it...it's never that 'clear cut', at least never for LSU where I ALWAYS expect drama...

Just how often do coaches get a chance to HC at LSU these days.. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity..

This right here. It was such a big deal for Spurrier to coach a home game here that he retired immediately afterwards.

People that know Jimbo and have been around the man, know that if offered, he would run to Baton Rouge.

Logic tells me no deal is done with anyone. Not what I want but if Miles is indeed let go it will take at least 2 weeks for a new HC to be announced. No one is a “done deal” while LSU still has a coach, much less with someone that is currently employed and prepping to play a rivalry game between 2 ranked teams. These guys are pros that’s not how things work.

As it stands out I think it is highly likely Miles won’t be LSU’s coach next season. As for the next guy at best some coaches may have expressed interest through back channels, some may be legit, some may be to get a few more bucks from their current gig….. but NOTHING IS DONE… NOTHING. The more "details emerge" terms, DC names, etc.... the more it is obvious none of this shite has any validity.

If 'BO' wants to come he will come and don't worry about even 8MIL. The deep pockets of the boosters; the same ones that are buying Miles out will have no problem ponying up the cash. They just won't be able to trade that 500K motor coach in til next year.
