The coaching staff needs to find a way to get the ball in this guys hands.

Just showed that to my son and asked him to remind me again how he caught Brazil on the football field. He said, load him up with equipment and grab him before he hits second gear.

Trust me, they were all in the backfield. He got into the open field several times....forget about it. Far and away the fastest HS player I've ever seen.

This is absolutely true--the staff must find a way to get the ball to Brazil, this is precisely why I think he should be playing offense, along with of course, punt & kickoff returns.

Brazil's 6.70 would be tied for 34th among NCAA D1 athletes this year. Pretty amazing for an 18 yr old who does not have the benefits of the coaching and strength programs at LSU, FSU, Tx A&M, etc.

Nice. I like how he held something back before the final too. I hope they find ways to get this dude the ball in space. From his HS highlights it look liked he had a penchant for taking little swing passes to the house from anywhere on the field.

Actually, I believe it was a 6.275. Would not want to cheat the young lad.

On another note, JB holds the state record in the 55M with that 6.275 and he bested Trindon Holiday's record who is listed as the "Worlds Fastest College Football Player"n the LSU Track and Field Media Guide.

There are other people who have run faster than Holliday in the 100m but no college football player has beat him.

100M times and year from LSU Media Guide
Trindon Holliday 10.00 2009
Jeff Demps 10.01 2008
Jacoby Ford 10.04 2009
"Bullet" Bob Hayes 10.06 1964
Willie Gault 10.10 1982
Johnny"Lam" Jones 10.14 1977
Herschel Walker 10.23 1982
Jamaal Charles 10.23 2006
Deion Sanders 10.26 1988
C.J. Spiller 10.29 2008
Raghib"Rocket" Ismail 10.34 1991
Bo Jackson 10.44 1983
Renaldl Nehemiah 10.18W 1978

Wonder what JB can post in the 100M while at LSU...
