I said yesterday, I don't blame Jenkins for saying what he said. But I can't believe he's starting. You think if a Bama player says that about Avery Johnson he's starting? Of course not.

If Jenkins was benched there's no way you wouldn't be bitching about Jones for punishing him for "telling it like it is". frick our fanbase is terrible.

That's not the case. What he said isn't something that should just be swept under the rug as its "not a big deal." It's absolutely a big deal and provides fans and the media with a pretty big peak at what's going on in the locker room. No confidence in their head coach, which is 100% deserved btw. I wouldn't have had any issue with Jones disciplining him in some way, I expected it.
That reporter gave him a soft ball. "Do you believe in Coach Jones?" How hard is it to say "that's our Coach and we believe in his and our teams ability to compete."

I blame Jones for starting a guy that told the media he doesn't have faith in his coach. Any legitimate coach that actually has a pair wouldn't have stood for that. I ask you, would Calipari start a guy that pubicily says he doesn't believe in him? Coach K? Bill Self? I could go on and on. It's weak on Jones part.
