No he doesnt.Every time jj's name has been mentioned on this board , you have been there to defend to the end. We all know you hated jl and loved jj. Dont really care that you make poor choices . Good day

You just summed up everybody, though. There are probably twice as many that hate JJ and love JL. There really isn't a difference

Getting paid on any level to play football is cool.
I would do it as long as they would let me. Good feelings to all x tigers who spilled sweat and blood on Tiger Stadium are tigers for life.

What? There are huge differences. There are a variety of different groups you can classify TD posters into. Some are pro-JJ and anti-JL, some are anti-JJ and pro-JL, and some are anti-one and apathetic about the other.

Not one of the groups thinks about the issues in the same way as the others. There are no mirror images here. If anything should be glaringly obvious about this whole debacle by now it's this: this has almost nothing to do with people simply liking one guy more than the other.

It really goes way beyond that, and gets into how decisions are made, and how players are treated in general, and even how fans and media are treated in general. All of this has a lot to do with how people think about the game, and what they think the purpose of having college football is. It has almost nothing to do with arguments about which QB's talent translates better to the pro game, or who had a better chance to put up points in the 2nd half against Alabama.

If you're still thinking about this whole thing in those terms, then you have really just missed the whole boat regarding this saga from the very beginning.

And, no, nobody here will likely forget about JL & JJ some day. Decades from now this story will still dominate conversations about LSU during the Les Miles era. Deal with it.

I agree with you here, but I can say that I'm pretty sure if JL was the one playing Arena now and JJ was out of a job, not many people would be trying to diminish JL's accomplishment of playing in the AFL

At least I know I wouldn't. Both put 4 years of work into this program, both had their struggles. But I really hope that they are both successful in the future. I hate seeing LSU "fans" bash a player because he only made it in the AFL

This is true but you won't get lee butthurt nation to admit it.

Just recall the million threads from last season with adults begging and pleading for lee to make a practice squad so they could prove miles wrong!!!111
Now after he was cut you would be hard pressed to find these same people admit they were one of those people.

Wow talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Any mention of JL seems to send a text to you to come running.

Are you not doing the same thing? Would you be making fun of the AFL is JL was playing there?

Chances JJ makes more in the Arena League than TIGRLEE does bagging groceries? I want to see some odds here, people.

JJ will make $830/game ... at with 18 games, that's $14,940/year. Even at minimum wage, a full-time worker would make $15k/year.
