After he pitched incredible against the Commodores...

W, 7 IP, 4 H, 8 K, 3 BB

He has dropped off the map and is part of the problem. If he can't bounce back, it'll be a long summer and a road trip for a regional.

His last three starts after Vandy...

1-2, 8.44 ERA, 16 IP, 25 H, 15 ER, 10 K, 5 BB

Poche isn't leaving 13+ runners on base weekend after weekend.

LSU's pitching is spotty at best, but the bats are the bigger problem this year.

This hitting is the reason we are above .500 in the SEC. Our pitching is atrocious. The offense isn't phenomenal by any means but the pitching staff as a whole has absolutely been the downfall.

What do you want me to say? LSU consistently leaves runners on base week after week. I said the pitching was spotty. It's the offense holding this team back this year, it's ok if you disagree.

The pitching has been mediocre at best all year, what are you watching?

Do mediocre and spotty not mean the same thing to you?

You really think the bats are the problem? Really?

I think leaving runners stranded consistently is the problem, yes.

That's A problem. Pitching has been a huge problem too.

Hitting is keeping us afloat. Pitching has been terrible

I'm not disagreeing that pitching is a problem. I just think the bats are a bigger issue this year, particularly with runners in scoring position.

I really thought our pitching would be the strength on this team.

I disagree. Fwiw up until the ole miss series we were one of the better teams in the SEC with RISP.

Don't matter the round, he will never pitch in the bigs. Just isn't good enough.
