Bingo. The grades don't even come out until Wednesday. I bet the idiots on this negative blog don't even know that. Here is a hypothetical question. If Bregman, Hale, Scivicque, Chinea, Laird, Stevenson, Fraley, Zardon (Oh, sorry.) would have come short of a grade, would Coach have spent a few days making sure they were eligible by Wednesday? What do you think, mighty Rant?

This is total BS; the players are monitored and there is a system in place to address scholarship athletes who don't attend class or turn in assignments. Whatever happened with JF had to have happened within the last few days before PM was informed.

I hope like hell that he wins his appeal and I think CPm hopes so too; he is smart not to count on it.

This would be the consistent with the information that was posted when the news first broke but the thread was whacked.

I can't attach the article but the TP reported that he was monitored; article ran the day his expulsion was announced.

I am sure Mainieri is looking forward to the press conference where he has to say we thought Foster failed a class, but we got it fixed and he's eligible now.

No. Paul just said on his radio show that Foster was a little short on his grades.

He would do better than the idiots that think they know so much about how the system works. They can't come up with one minute worth of intelligent conversation. Their emotions rule and I'm disgusted by it.

If Foster wins his appeal it won't be because CPM fixed it. Les Miles supported his player during an appeals process and when the player won the appeal, it was because he presented a strong case. He also punishes players who won't go to class or turn in assignments. I have no idea what Foster's situation is, but if he wins the appeal I expect CPM to support him.

Paul on his Radio Show just minutes ago said Fostet didn't make the grades. If he had a chance of appeal working why would Paul say this. This public statement pretty much did in Foster s apoeal

When he went on the air, he might not have known of Foster's appeal yet. Obviously Manieri isn't interfering and "fixing" it or it would have been fixed in the first place. This is Jared's issue and his appeal process.

He was asked a question and he answered truthfully with the information that was given him by the athletic department: your player Jared Foster is academically ineligible to play. It's been reported in every news outlets in La. What was he supposed to lie?
