Bleacher report( calm down, it's just a video) is doing a little series on him training and what not. Thought it was kind of interesting.

I will be his biggest fan if he gives his heart to this come back

I can't get the video to play on my computer and haven't seen it on YouTube. Anywhere else I can go to see the video? Thanks.

I linked it from my phone so that's probably why.. But, you should be able to search Jamarcus russel bleacher report, and it should be one the first things on there.

He needs to change his whole value system to make it work. Even if he gets himself in good physical shape, he still needs to do tons of preparation, a la Mannings and Brees. If he thinks buying RRs and furs is part of the plan, he can save his time and money. Football comes first - everything else follows. Not at all too late, but he needs to know this is a second (and last) chance. Don't blow it, Big Guy.

Nah, that's not it. The website comes up fine, but when I click to play the video it gives me an error message. Oh well, I'm sure it will hit YouTube at some point. Thanks anyway.

Would be a great story to see him come back and shine.

20% body fat on a 310lb body is not that bad....he should be able to get rid of the body fat easily if he put his mind to it.

Hopefully he fulfills his legacy as the greatest talent of QB to come out of LSU

I'm rooting for him. Just needs to go at it with everything he has.

Dude is FAT
For 310, he surprisingly looks just out of shape. He doesn't actually look obese.

310 is way over his playing weight. Fat.

If he makes it, the story goes well beyond LSU and the NFL. If he is as true as he says in the video, I wish him the best of luck!

Doubt he ever starts another NFL game.. His talent/potential really isn't too great and he has the mental toughness of Vince Young (at least VY won games)
Oh plus he is 300 pounds... LOL

Face it, he was dogmeat on here after he dressed like an African during that game.
