I like how a new thread on this topic is started every day as if the news of his reinstatement wouldn't be readily available if it happened.

Its been so long for me on this topic...was he actually ever suspended? I don't remember that being the case.

Here ya go from Miles at the Rotary Club meeting earlier this week.
East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore is still deciding whether to charge Mills, suspended after his arrest last month for second-degree battery.
“I’m told everything’s pretty positive,” Miles said of Mills’ situation. “It’s a very unfortunate situation. Somebody came to his apartment and pursued him. It’s unfortunate on both ends.”

I think he will be fine. But we have a couple of young guys who are being raved about by everybody in Jamal Adams and John Battle, and they can both step in at FS for a couple games if need be.
They'll probably be on the field a lot regardless...

I think no news is good news in this case. I think he honestly won't miss any time, if he does maybe just part of or the entire first game

He's going to be charged with a misdemeanor very soon. He will probably be suspended a couple of games.
Miles shouldn't have commented on the facts. Particularly since his comments don't exactly square with what law enforcement is telling him... They believe the accuser to be credible. Pretty douchy

WTF do you think makes you an expert? Telling us how Miles should speak on an event he is very in tune with.
You don't know shite! You don't know what the cops think, what Miles knows, or charges coming soon or not! You don't know shite. If you did, you would say it here and stand by your "sources".

Do you see how stupid this is? If they think she is credible, he is guilty of a felony per her accusations.
If the would lean towards much lesser charges, it would be a DIRECT indication that the accuser is NOT credible.

You don't understand the law. It's rare that a single punch is a felony. Girl or no. This one will be charged as a misdemeanor
