Its recruiting the guys with the right stuff

1. you must know what right stuff looks like (Bertman,Saban,Wooden etc..)
2. either know fundamentals or hire the best to teach them
and practice fundamentals every day. EVERY day!
3. Be a Bastard! only two things stay on top; bastards and whipped cream.
Not real sure CPM passes this test.
