It's just another game fellas.

We have all seen it before. A team pulls out an incredibly emotional victory and the next week they are flat and lose to a team they should beat.
If we win this one and lose any of the others, this game didn't really mean a whole lot.
Conversely, if we lose this one and win the rest, it's possible that all of our goals are still on the table.
I hope the coaching staff makes the team realize that this is just another game like any of the rest and they don't get too high or too low. We have four games left that are all pretty tough (except A&M lol). Even keel baby.

If we win this we are in Atlanta. Ole miss will lose to Arkansas or State. Probably the latter

Not just another game. It's a chance to exorcise the demons. We've lost 4 in a row and blown last minute leads. They are who we want to be- the sec west and sec champs. They are a hurdle both on and off the field. We have our best team in four years and it's time to put ourselves at the top. A chance for a generational player to solidify his Heisman. A time for us to "restore order." No one believes in us based in perception and reputation. Much of that deserved, until we can show the world we can close it out against them. Everything we hope to accomplish hangs on this game. If we win, it becomes "just another game" 24 hrs after. Until then, it's the biggest game of the year.

It's also the biggest game of the year in college football! The winner of this game has inside track to SEC championship and possible playoffs. I agree there are other marquee games on the schedule - actually all of them. But.... this is the next one and we are not supposed to win according to the experts. Can't believe I got in a message w/o mentioning the team we are playing.....

This is incorrect, it is far more likely that we can obtain our goal of an SEC championship and an invite to the playoffs with a Bama win.

While this is true, it is much less likely and relies on a lot of other outcomes as well as the whim of the committee members.

Yes, this is true. I doubt LSU loses to any of its remaining opponents should it beat 'Bama. It must beat those people.
