In the 10 years that Myles has been at LSU, he's won several games like the one this past Saturday with a last-minute score. If Harris doesn't throw an interception, LSU gets a chance at last minute field goal. And if it was good, Tiger fans would be cheering Miles. If you criticized Miles, you would be called a negative tiger. He's needed to go for several years.

well, our offense never really got close enough to kick one...so. But yeah I get what you are saying.

The a "win is a win" is full of people who don't understand excellence.

If we didn't have 2 NFL guys in fornette and white we would have never crossed midfield in that game

I have always been a Miles support but that game was ugly, and it is the exact futility we have looked at for 5 years. I am over it. That was ugly football

Of only Wisconsin would have had 13 defenders on the field that last play...

not on this board

there wouldn't unanimous calls to fire him right now, but people would still be melting by how bad the offense looked

Yup just another game do just enough to get by and win late.. except it finally caught up to him.

And not only that.. but the blowouts in Novemember have been non competitive.

It's time we start blowing out decent teams again. I miss being a force.

I would be in the same mood I'm in now even if they would've kicked a fg to win. It's the fact that we were promised a new offense for 9 months and we got the same shite as the previous 8 years.

Sadly I have but one upvote to give.

LSU has been playing below their potential for so long and the pumpers could not see it.

If Les would listen to ANYONE, and change his tough guy in the trenches mentality,(ironic given how the O line played) he has the horses to compete.

Another thought I had. Does Les coach down QBs? How many times did we see a flashy young qb play early in his career and get excited? I felt that way the first time watching JJ and Harris against State. What does he do to make them worse?

Bought some of the excuses down the line. Thought we had a clean program. In todays world Tom Osborne gets fires 2-3 times before he wins no.

I would have take Fisher last year, but if it wasn't Fisher I was hesitant. I thought he would change. I thought we would change OC. I really love the DC hire.

We are having the exact same inexcusable errors and I finally reached my break point.

This is an interesting concept, but I actually looked at Osbourne's record. The Huskers were ranked in the top-10 every year from 1973 until 1990; Osbourne would not be fired in any era. [ LINK]

I don't think the frustration comes from Miles losing 2-3 games a year. I think the frustration comes from Miles not fixing the offensive problems that have existed for 8 years, with only 2013 as an exception.
