i'll admit to being one that thought (and expressed) that the ceiling for this team was to make a regional (not host). it was a hell of a rocky road with both the hitting and pitching.
the team SEEMS to be gelling right now and hopefully keeps hot for a deep run into the post season and possibly to win it all.
I am happy that I was wrong and we will host a regional. we may even win said regional. I still think we need some breaks to make it to Omaha and some intervention by the baseball gods to win it all.

They mean a lot, and are a barometer for how the team will perform in the regular season vs the SEC. Even Smoke regularly beat all the LA rivals.
CPM is a disappointment as a coach. Not ready to fire him yet, but I don't like the direction this season is headed.

At the times they were posted, a lot of those things weren't too inaccurate. However, "Newman is garbage" on May 7th is a joke. Remember when people wanted Gilbert to be the closer over him? He has been pretty consistent
