It seems ESPN does not recall the beatdown we gave Louisville last year

And how we shut down the reigning Heisman winner. They are already on the Lamar for Heisman train again, but honestly I cannot take that team seriously anymore considering what we did to them last year. I understand it is a new year, but does anyone else feel the same?

Lamar Jackson is a beast.... not his fault his o line got trampled. Also take into account he could have possibly improved over the offseason?

Yesterday on 5 pm Sports Center, Pollack said that Lamar Jackson is "indefensible". I just laughed and thought Dave Aranda would disagree.

Not really. Louisville isn't a factor to LSU, and anyone can have a bad game.

He's the reigning Heisman winner, and he'll be better. Not really a reach with him.

I've read articles acknowledging how much that Louisville team sucked late in the season. Not sure what you're seeing. It shouldn't take away from the fact he's still one of the best QBs in the game.

The problem for me is their competition. I just wonder how "stellar" he would be facing stiff SEC competition each week.
I could see them possible placing 2nd in the SEC east, but no way would wind up higher than 3rd or 4th in SEC west. JMHO....I don't think they are physical enough for weekly SEC grind. It showed in the bowl game...Again, just my opinion and observation

A) No one cares what you think
B) LSU dominated the UL offensive line, which in turn stopped their QB. Put him on a decent team, and he would be better.

Funny how he didn't have any bad games before that.

To be fair, you cant blame Lamar Jackson much for our game. The guy was under CONSTANT pressure from some really good pass rushers. His OL gave him quite literally no chance.

The bigger question is how did the ACC not take more advantage of Louisville's bad OL? I dont think they were missing any OL for that game, just like half their defense. Outside of the Houston and LSU games, they pretty much ran the score up on most everyone outside of Duke (funny enough) in the ACC. Scored at least 32 points in every ACC game outside of Duke.

He was a fumbling machine at times during the season, and Louisville had to cheat against Wake Forest to blow them out because of how horrible they looked.

So one game means Lamar Jackson is complete shite?

I hope you don't apply that type of logic to Fournette vs Alabama.

Did you not watch the UH vs UL game? His offensive line is complete shite.

Also, Ed Oliver is the truth.

Cool LSU stopped him. But that doesn't mean that he's a complete shite player in CFB. That's a ridiculous way of analyzing someones play. Especially a guy who's easily one of the top 10 gamebreakers going into the 2017 season.

But hey, blame ESPN...
