I remember Daylon Charlot picking out his new ride on twitter, days before committing to bama. And low and behold wouldn't you know out of all the cars in the world it just happened to be a Dodge Challenger.

That's a 2011-14 charger RT, base trim(18 inch aluminum wheels, no leather), depending on kileagr that's a 16-18k car and 350 is a month note on 48 month term. Most parents can swing that with a child that has a full scholarship.

Is it against the rules for a dealership owner to sell a vehicle legitimately to somebody for say $100? It is the owners decision and if paperwork and transfer is done correctly does that fly? Serious question...

The owner had better not be a known booster. Either way, there are easier ways to get money to a family than leaving a paper trail of such a outlandish car sale to a player.
