Baseball is bigger at LSU than most schools, but it doesn't come close to football.

Well until recently according to my old mans friends(from the Midwest) it was Baskeball is what we were known for at LSU. Mainly they remember our Final Fours and Shaq. Plus having Pistol Pete never hurt. We all know the story since 06'

Baseball's fans are very passionate, and make the baseball support seem bigger than it is but in reality it isn't close its football.

I'd be willing to bet Actual attendance says gymnastics. Based on percent of seats with an actual living breathing person sitting in it.

Baseball games might be sellouts, but the seats are definitely not filled, same for football. I don't even need to mention basketball.

I've always thought of LSU as a Quidditch school

If you evaluate by success... baseball
If you decide based on popularity/ excitement... football

Why do we have to be one or the other? Why can't we be both? For that matter why can't we be known for greatness in multiple sports? I think it's great for a fan to have a favorite sport but we field 19 SEC recognized sports. Let's be really good in all of them.
