I rather lose now and early. The quicker we lose the quicker we get rid of les miles. By doing that you have a lot of time to hire Herman or jimbo if possible behind closed doors instead of after the season. Also by having coach O as interm coach he will give this team energy that we have been lacking since miles has been here to finish the season on a positive note.

No real LSU fan hopes for any scenario other than winning out and making the play-offs. Anything less than an SEC championship this year will result in a coaching change.

A great season would thrill me as it would mean, in part, that somebody got the hell out of the way...let the coaches coach and the kids show their stuff...this stifling is beyond logic

This shite needs to be avoided.
They need to make the decision now and tell Les he's gone after the season. Period. Remove the pressure. Let the man finish the season but be working on locking in Jimbo/Herman/?. Regardless of the record the outcome is the same.

It's the most fair way to treat everyone.
Especially the players.

I'm sure the players are stoked to hear this kind of thing.

Recruiting will take a hit no matter what.
Name me one scenario where it won't, at least short term.

Since we haven't started SEC play yet I hope we win out, but after the first SEC loss (Auburn or Florida) I want the train to completely derail
