It's certainly refreshing. I like how the team
Is playing more sound, better schemes, better fundamentals etc. November will be brutal, but I feel much better about the tough stretch than I did say 5 weeks ago.

Not really. We have to do much better to beat SEC teams like Ole Miss, Arky, aTM, and especially Bama. I thought we could easily beat UF but I have my doubts after tonight. Sorry if this is not what you want hear, just my humble opinion.

You obviously didn't watch Florida's game against Missouri then, so your opinion really doesn't mean sh*t.

I did indeed watch the entire Mizzu@UF game. I wasn't rude to you but since you were rude to me, you can go frick yourself.

By the way, I don't know you why have University of Forfeit. They postponed and the game was almost cancelled. They did not forfeit moron.

frick you and frick UF.

What did you not like about that second half? The game was beautifully called and we played vanilla on offense and defense. There wasn't much trickery in this game, meaning not much fake the run one way and have a play on the backside of the action. They played fast in the second half on defense but you could tell in the first they were just giving them the underneath stuff. LSU still needs to work on jump balls on offense and defense. Also need to work on stripping technics, staying alert for the ball to come out and also wrapping up while tackling more. We need to work on a few things but this team is obviously much better than many teams in the SEC and country. We don't even have LF back yet!! I hope he runs harder when he gets back, he needs to punish these guys but make more miss at the same time.

I am excited, but only because it looks like we will actually get to buckle down and watch some football now...I had grown very tired of all of the coaching change/play calling criticism over the last year or two and just was no longer finding the whole shite interesting.

I really don't know how good or bad our team is this year, but I am ready to find out.

Hard to get excited when, based on everything we've seen thus far this year (i.e. our games and the Gumps' games), our chances of beating 'Bama are about 20 percent at best. And only one game to get better as a team.

playing Southern Miss straight up for the first half does not do it for me.

5 very tough games. I look at this like 538 looks at the 10,000 simulations of Trump vs Clinton. Today Trump won 1,800 simulations out of 10,000.

LSU winning out is less likely than Trump winning the election.

I expect LSU to be the dog even in the home games.

I would say I'm cautiously optimistic but more on the glass half full side. Im more excited to see us play because I feel like I'm going to see adjustments made. I don't expect them to be perfect. I don't expect the wheel reinvented. We are attacking our opponents offensively and the team shows more fight when they are challenged. we have improved over the last two games. we have a chance against anyone if we are focused.

Healthy and sane people always want to be happy and positive about the future...only sick and neurotic losers would rather see the glass half empty all the time...example: Full bore Negatigers that were unhappy with Les and Cam, etc...now they are criticizing DE and Coach O...these folks are a plague on the LSU family...jmho

Can't wait to play a legitimate team under O. I'm really curious to see how good we actually are now and if this team is for real. I think we are given we have finally seen an offense play, but it was against mizzou and southern miss. Cautiously optimistic. I will say it's the most excited I've been since the 2011 regular season watching the honey badger.

They will continue to get better. In a couple of weeks nobody will want to play this team.

This happens all the time. I could find a ton of games where teams started slow vs lesser opponents. If you have competed at any sport u should know this. What is telling is how adjustments are made and how they respond. They answered the bell which is what good teams do. We have a good football team idk if we're good enough to win out but any given sat we field a team good enough to beat the opponent. Even bama.

If you did see their game, and then said this:

Then yes, you are a dumbass. Their defense scored more than their offense against a very, very cr@ppy defense. In no way, shape, or form should anyone take anything you have to say seriously. Now go play in some traffic, @sshole.

Agreed, LSU played great the second half but LSU has to play a whole game to beat the SEC teams we have for the rest of the season. LSU has to play great for a full game to include the first half. If we come out slow like the Southern Miss game, we will get slaughtered by Bama at minimum. I hope our team continues to improve. As of today (2016-10-16) standings of wins in conference, only ATM and LSU have a chance to get to beat Bama and get to the SEC Championship game for the West.

Holy sh*t it feels like I'm listening to Vince Lombardi reborn. Nice insight, Einstein.

And then you just fart out of your mouth. No idiot, we need Auburn to lose because if they win out they can also get in. Looks like you don't know everything, moron.

Oh, and F*ck you

What are you a prepubescent 12 year old tough guy? Did the Internet made your dick longer than 2 inches? I didn't attack you at all and only replied to the OP with my humble opinion. You however attacked me with a post that wasn't even directed at you. Your father didn't give you enough guidance.

Auburn is not going to run the table. Their offense is anemic at best but LSU still has a chance with the better offense. No chance AU beats Bama and I doubt they will beat Ole Miss.

And yes, I reiterate LSU has to play a great game, the whole game to run the table. That is not Captain Obvious bull shite. It is a fact that we have to do this considering our past under Les and under CEO we did play a whole game against to an inferior Southern Miss.
