Is any head coach more insulated from the act of coaching than Les

For all intents and purposes he has a damn life coach on the sideline with BDP. He has a duo of recruiters in Frank and Ogre most programs would kill for. We pay our DC & OC 4M year combined for a stale product.
Ready to get $9,000,000 (Miles, Cam, Steele, & BDP)a year off the books with this failed experiment the last few years to insulate Miles lack of game day coaching and overall team preparation.
Understandable if ogre and Frank split, hope they don't.
