Insanity: doing the same thing over & over & expecting different results.

So, how is Les going to turn this thing around? The players do not seem to have much enthusiasm. They may "love" Les, but how much confidence do they have in him? Does anybody remember where Fournette was last year at this time? He was auctioning off his game jersey, instead of venting on the head coach.
LSU juniors did not fly the coupe for the NFL this year. The team was supposed to be hungry. What has happened to that? Yes, everyone is responsible for their own actions, but the results of the team have to fall on someone, & that is the head coach! If not, then he should not be the highest paid (by far) on the team.
The only way LSU wins the rest of their games is if changes are made. That may be play calling, expectations, discipline, behavior, etc. I don't know, but something has to be done different. Les should know this best, but if he doesn't, then its time to give someone else a try unless LSU is happy with a 8-10 win season. If so, keep doing what you're doing. If not, MAKE A CHANGE!

Les doesn't get any more chances to turn anything around. He has coached his last game and will be joining College Gameday next season.

Stillwater was so happy to have him leave...

An idiot is one who does not learn from their past mistakes. This epitomizes Les Miles. Does anyone really think that anything will change?? A fish rots from the head and we need to get rid of the head.
