It's not the recruit you miss out on that hurts you, it's who you work hard to sign and he doesn't develop that really hurts you. Based on 1 game (I know, but let's kill some time) who'd we miss on that won't hurt, and who will.
Won't Miss:
Defense: Landon Collins, Hootie (although I'm not sure we actually missed on him) and Tony Brown.
Mills and Collins were excellent; Thomas really good.
RR and JA gonna bring it too.
Offense: Speedy
Our weapons looked so good when deployed, and we didn't even use Dupre.
Will Miss:
Offense: Cam Robinson
Defense: Gerald Willis ( assuming his game translates to college)

Entirely too early to make a thread like this.
And that is just dumb.

quote:I could not agree more. Landon Collins is better than any safety we have and its not even close. And our safeties are pretty good.

He had 5 rec and 55yds in his first game, I think we will miss him, especially if he balls vs us

He had 5 catches in an offense that threw 60 and completed 44 to something like 12 receivers
I have no doubt he will be good and he may play great against LSU or even make a play that beats LSU at some point, but he would be a waste in our offense, he'd basically play the same spot as Quinn or Diarse. So we really won't miss him.
As for Collins, yeah, he's really good and would no doubt be a the top S for us, but we do have good safeties, so its not as big or a loss. I don't think Landon Collins starting for LSU would be the difference between a loss or 2 and making the playoff. I can't say we don't miss him, but we're ok there.
Outside if Cam Rob, if there is one guy I really wish we had gotten last year that we didn't its Lorenzo Carter.

I don't think I've ever disliked a player more.

Me also,My son went to HS with him. He was all Bama and thought stringing LSU along was funny.
