In hindsight, are you glad that last play didn't count, and we've moved on?

Or would rather be sitting 3-1 with Leslie still at the helm?

I'm glad it happened and I'm not glad it happened.

In other words I was pissed when we lost and how we lost but don't think I would change it if I could now knowing the fallout

Glad to be on to another guy

typically, yes

but this season needed a shot in the arm. Narrowly escaping against a bad football team wouldn't have instilled much confidence in the direction of the season.

it was coming this week or later, so it really didn't matter to me

although I didn't see the point of keeping him around even if the play counted

It would have been glorious to beat AU on the road, and still fire Les. That would be something AU could never live down

How much longer do you think he would have lasted had we won at the last second?

They wouldn't have fired him with a win. The point of the game is to win lol.

It's not about individual Ws and Ls. It's about the process and the trend, and we were getting nowhere. I'm glad Les is moving on to new opportunities this week, and it took a road loss to Auburn to make it happen.

It was a bad loss against a bad team.
Auburn offense was awful too.

I would rather win but at least we didn't get the same old BS this morning at the press conference.

It's time for a change and if Miles couldn't develop a QB going back to Jarrett Lee what makes you think it was going to be any better going forward.

Oh that wouldve been glorious to hold over auburn fans. We fired a coach because he didnt stomp your shite program bad enough.

I wouldve taken losses the rest of the season to shitcan Miles. Why prolong the inevitable by having him escape with close wins against subpar opponents over and over again and preserve mediocrity for eternity? Sometimes you have to step backwards to move forward.
