11th in Total D
6th in Scoring D

The improvement on D since Auburn has been nothing short of amazing.

Chief has done a great job with the D over the second half of the season. 52 and 33 made a huge difference.

All games we give up: 16.5 pts.
For Wisc and the 7 SEC games: 20.75 pts
That would put us at 18th in scoring D.

Not sure what this means since it's relative to other teams and to normalize one would have to filter out all of the other teams' cupcakes.

Impressive. Especially since the offensive scheme of the sec has changed over the past two years. These were not the same offenses ran in 2011

No big deal but why would someone down vote the OP? I reported simple stats and made a simple statement. Can I not give credit where credit is due? Don't let the problems on O cloud out the way our D has been playing.

I tell you there's a Scrooge amongst us.

The "but the _____insert pseudo-negative rant comment by Miles supporter_________!" posts have been numerous and have now lost their value for comedy or whatever purpose you intended them to have.

The amount of time this offense has the ball (even without scoring points) is pretty incredible. Top-5 in the country if I had to guess.

If he has 1 weakness we know it is stopping a team's 2 minute drill.

Number 50 rushing D despite the turnaround. Expect that when half of your season rushing yards on D came in three games.
