Miles quote from today's press conference. For the first time, I really believe we see a much more efficient offense this season.

It took him almost getting fired for him to change. I think these past coach hirings/letting em' go is a signal of that and I hope you are right because we have absolutely no excuses this year.

Is that a real quote?

If so, I love it.

You can tell from the aftermath of the power struggle that Les has put new life into the program. The coach hirings have been nothing but off the charts.

Yes it's real. Jacques Doucet tweeted it today.

“I don’t mind,” the 12th-year coach said. “If you look around and see guys that have had great success at the quarterback position, they’re veteran. One thing we know about our quarterbacks is they are juniors. We’re going to have a junior quarterback. How about that?

“No matter what, if we change nothing, our execution will be better,” he said, “but we’re going to change some things.”

I like this one.

This, to me, is the key.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

We haven't had a veteran quarterback since 2013. If nothing else, I expect the execution to be a lot better. If we add some new wrinkles, even better.
