My answer would be ZERO. Let him lineup for the 1st play, QB throw a quick pass, and then take him out and take his helmet away.

I would create the alley broussard rule and wrap him in bubble wrap. Guy will be ready, there is no doubt about that.
Christian McCaffery has been held out of contact since the Rose Bowl and didn't participate in the spring game. I think Fournette could benefit, in terms of mileage, from similar treatment.

Aranda isn't the only coach Fournette will ever face that runs an exotic 3-4.

We already know LF7 is heisman caliber no need to have him out there. Our entire back field would benefit from the additional snaps.
