Skip always stated to have your lineup and pitching rotation set by tax day. If you don't believe me read his book. I'm so freaking aggravated at this coach and team. They are more worried about their Instagram followers. Those Jordan spikes, or that nifty catchers gear they wear when approaching the plate. This team is a bunch of p*ssies. I wish the alumni would come to a game and beat the shite outta them. Posers!

Fair enough, although I think I've spent too much time with the family and sent them away for the weekend so I could relax and watch some baseball. I was delivered a pizza full of feces.....thanks paul

We lost a weekend series against a top 15 team t the ballpark 2-1. My philosophy will every home series 2-1 with the occasionally sweep in sec play, don't get swept on the road and we will be just fine

That my friend is the story of my life. And to the jackass that said lose a series at KENTUCKY in BASEBALL. Look at the intimidator next time you frequent the box.....or I call it the white collar replacement for the best ball park in the world that they turned into a parking lot for 6 football games a year. Does anyone do research or read preseason reports on our team? We graduated a ton of talent and have a roster full of young guys. Before the season started the reports on the team was a rebuild year unless Lange and Poche shut teams down and we won low scoring games. The bats would struggle at times as young guys figured out college pitchers. That is exactly what is happening this year.
If our fan base actually knew the realistic expectations of our team we wouldn't melt every time we lose a series against a rank SEC opponent on the road.

This is not a rebuilding year. We lost one position player to the draft and the DH to injury.
I'm not jumping off of bridges or demanding the coach be fired, but this team should be better than they have played all season long.

we're going to be significantly worse next year than we are this year, champ. Hate to break that to you. You can't "reload" when your coach has 7 pitchers and 10 position players transferring every 4 years. Next year we lose Lange, Deichmann, Robertson, Freeman, Newman, Romero, and Poche. And Mainieri is probably going to blow 2 guys' arms out this offseason as usual and run off a few more guys, again, as usual. Not sure how you can sit there and write off this year as a rebuilding year when the cupboard is going to be bare next year.Posted on 4/23/17 at 8:54 pm to LSUgrad08112
