There won't be a change next year. But in a couple of years, I would love to have Fleck. Hell, I'll take Frank Wilson over what we have right now.

A&M won't screw the pooch with their next hire. Tennessee much like LSU's administration, the insane is running the asylum so I doubt they make a big splash post Butch. But with influential alumni like Manning with more time on their hands, they might make a big push for a reset. I believe A&M's eyes are set on Mullen, but they might go Wrecking Crew and get them a defensive minded head coach.

Arky is pretty bad as well as TAMU. I'm actually more concerned about TAMU than the rest. They can improve. The rest are only going to get worse.

Fleck. I want someone who runs a strict program of their own that has been successful. Like Saban's "the Process".
Im not interested in a coach who relies on a certain offense, defense or their recruiting abilities.
