If LSU were to make changes

I am not sure LSU will make any changes before the end of season but they can start by replacing the AD.
Recruiting and financials are the corner stones of a strong program. These is no question that LSU would be an average football team at best if they don't keep top Louisiana talent year after year. So sealing the border is the top priority, that is what Saban said the first day he was hired at LSU. By talent I don't mean just WRs and DBs. Even Alabama would not be as strong without cherry picking Louisiana.
So, from recruiting and financial point of view, LSU should make changes based on cost / benefits analysis instead of getting into bidding wars and buyout games that may not pay off anyway.
1- Miles organizational skills was better than his coaching skills and seems to have the media connection too. Give him the AD job instead of giving him free pay checks.
2- If Orgeron doesn't work out make him the DL coach and recruiting coordinator and give his contract to Frank Wilson as the HC. Orgeron said he would accept another position on LSU staff if needed and he is not going to be a HC after LSU anayway.

If you remove Orgeron as HC he is not going to stay on this staff in any capacity. I guarantee that.
Second, we are not doing all this shite to hire Frank fricking Wilson as the next HC.

Why would we do that? Les literally has shown that he hires his buddies for jobs instead of the best candidate for the job. We would end up with Cam Cameron as head coach and Bradley Dale Peveto as the DC/Pitt Master.
