Unless the dome's air condition is too high for the chickens and they cancel the game.

If karma is working, LSU gets in while UF gets left out because of it

Would be terrible if...

SEC Title game is pushed back.

LSU and Florida play each other then have to play each other again the following week.

In theory, this could happen. Would you even play the last game against Florida if it was already decided that they would both meet in the SEC Championship Game a week later? That would be incredible if they both played two weeks in a row

I find you use of the word chicken in reference to said university insulting to barnyard animals and certain administrators/founders of this site.

uh yeah, go ahead and put pen to paper to try to figure out how this happens. You can't.

The whole point of UForfeit being UForfeit on this is that UForfeit has *NOTHING* to gain from playing this game, especially if they have insurance money. They have no advantage in the SEC standings with playing this game. They gain a significant advantage if they *DON'T* play. Just look at the standings and look at scenarios with them, Tennessee, and Georgia.

Tennessee beats Bama
Bama beats Aggies
LSU wins out

UF loses to Arkansas
UT drops 1 game.
Doesn't even get to tie breakers. Hell, it could get to 3 losses again in the East

UK isn't eliminated yet either

Heh. Look at your scenarios again and tell me how the outcome is any different for Florida if it does or doesn't play LSU. There is no scenario where Florida is left out of the SEC title game "because" they refused to play LSU.

And your scenario also doesn't put LSU in.

Looking at the remaining schedule for Florida and LSU, it almost seems Florida should be favored to get to the SECCG. Their remaining games include Mizzou, S. Carolina (likely wins), Arkansas in Fayetteville (Florida will be a slight favorite), and a disappointing Georgia team. With a banged up Tennessee team likely to lose to Bama this weekend, I hardly see any way that Florida doesn't make it.

LSU has a much more difficult path to the SECCG, and even winning out may not get them there.

The likelihood of LSU and Florida meeting in the SEC Championship is like 2%.

The help LSU needs to get to Atlanta (Tennessee beating Alabama) is pretty much the exact opposite of the help Florida needs to get to Atlanta.

As long as Auburn drops a game, which they will, it absolutely does

Yea, you're wrong. That is why I said 3 games.

UF beats UK. UF loses to Arky and USC, Tenn drops 2-3 games. UF finishes at 4-3; UK finishes at 5-3; Tenn finishes with 4 losses.

Who goes?

And yes, I know why UF didn't want to play the game. Sticklers for every joke. i was explaining what true karma would be....
