I heard an LSU coach say "We came up a little bit short" or "It just wasn't meant to be" I'd have enough $ to reimburse all the poor bastards that lost dough betting on the Tigers to win the CWS. Great season definitely, but that just makes it harder to swallow the fact that we just got SWEPT on the national championship stage and looked just plain bad in the process. Atrocious end to an astonishing season. When will it be "meant to be" again? Win or lose I will always be a Tiger, but damn they sure do make it exceptionally tough sometimes.

Well no one at LSU asked my opinion on who should be the next head coach so all I can do is cheer on the guys in purple and gold

Chill out on wishing for football, pods.
I'm anticipating a long 3-4 years on the rant before O is sent packing and we are looking for a coach to hand the once-great pile of ashes to.
At least Aleva will probably get fired around the same time.

Not even close there.
The impact of Canada is not going to be what we all want and expect because of this OL talent, recruiting and coaching deficiency. And the fact that O didn't even replace the OL coach when he got the permanent job really has me concerned.
I can only hope that Miles OL "Micro-Management/Interference" was the major problem and things begin to improve this season. (But I don't expect that to be the case)
