If CJJ really loves LSU, especially LSU Basketball, we hope that he is willing to have a dialog with himself by asking:

- Does he have the coaching ability to lead LSU basketball competing at the top of SEC and other major conferences next season?
- Does he have sufficient talents in his team (returning and incoming players) to perform better next season than this season?
- After "failing" with Simmons this season, does he believe that he can still recruit top high school talents (the same level of Blakeney, Martin, Mickey)?

Only CJJ knows the answers and can decide if he is the right Head Coach for our beloved Fighting Tigers!

Nobody would quit a head coaching job for "love". Don't be ridiculous...

But this is the rant

Johnny Jones is at his dream job. They are going to have to kick him out before he leaves.

I guess that is the advise a quitter would offer. Most people who have attained success in life would access their failure and make a plan to shore up their weak areas and overcome the adversity that caused them to fail. The saying quitters never win and winners never quit is appropriate in response to the op's post..

Alright, well if you really love your company that you work for, you'll resign today, take a 2/3rd's pay cut, and let them hire someone more intelligent.
