If Bama loses to LSU how far do you think they would drop in the polls?

They'll still be higher than LSU, if that's what you mean.

Not my point. My point if there is one is that Bama would need to lose twice to not make the final four. Because they are Bama.

If LSU wins by a FG or less they'll drop 3 or 4 spots. If LSU wins by 7-10, they'll drop to 7 or 8.

If it came down to an SEC champion LSU and a one loss Bama, if LSU's near the top 5 or 6 they'll get in. No conspiracy here.

In all honesty, depends on the loss.

If only by a score (3-7) then I think possibly 5, maybe #4.

If more than 2 scores, then there's no way you can argue that they're worth a top 4 ranking, so, probably ranked 7-9. Not out of it, but definitely not in it.

If they win out and we win out, and a few others lose, then I could see a potential SECCG winning LSU with a 1 loss Bama in some form of playoff bracket.

Depends on how they lose

If Leonard decides to break his foot off in their arse they may drop to 7/8

probably not far enough ... depending on how we win, we move into the top 12 and they stay within the top 6.

I asked myself that this morning, after Ohio State lost to unranked Penn State and they fell to 6 I believe.. if bama drops this game against a ranked LSU on the road I can't see them being any farther down than 5.

They would go from 60 first place votes to 58 first place votes.
