Ettling comes in to spell him I would guess. In years past, he would not. But desperate times call for different measures. I would not agree if he did not.

Not to mention JJ is top 6 in every major passing statistic in lsu history and top 5 in total yards, total tds and the single season and career qb rushing record holder. While JJ was far from great he didnt suck his entire career. His 2009 season ranks top 10 in a bunch of single season lsu records and he finished top 5 in the sec in qb rating in 2009. His attitude is what makes him on of the most hated tigers. Nothing was ever his fault. I hated that face hed make when he threw a int or made a mistake.

This here. He was a competent QB in 2009. But he regressed mightily in 2010. One of the biggest regressions I have seen in a QB in recent history. He had the tools. He just would not grow as a person and did not have the work ethic needed for the position.

I wasnt trying to get anything to stick against Meyer. Let me refresh your memory. Ohio st was almost a preseason unanimous pick to repeat with almost everyone back from the team that had ddstroyed the field and the aranda defense the previous yr. A team full of nfl 2016 draft picks, 1st string QB and at home. Mich st completely shut them down on the road with far lesder talent. Alabama beat that team 38-0 with a month to prepare. The point wasnt to be critical of Meyer, it was in defense of Miles. It was just an example of a great program with a top coach, and with a super talented team not winning the Big 3. Its time to move on from the time mgt issues, lack of game planning and being able to make ingame adjustments. If people would watch other good programs play and compare LSU fairly they would see this and realize they are well coached. But its cool to say Miles is an idiot and heis the problem. They believe there are a dozen coaches that LSU can get that would win more than Miles at LSU. But never name them. Heres one for u. Miles loses starting QB for 1st half of season and right before #2 Oregon. He adjusts on the fly and goes 12-0 with a SEC title.

Very true. Only five or six HCs would be solid upgrades. Miles is better than 98 - 99% of the rest of them.

And all of that negativity can lead to manic depression and self destruction. Being blind to your own agenda will just make you even more narrow minded. Done with you. Have a nice life

Points in the Last 4 reg season games...you know, the ones that matter.

16
14
17
19

You can run with stats all you want to. For 9-10 games a year, LSU racks up yardage in the 2nd half of games.

Sure, most of time, lsus offense is fine, even good.but when it's bad, it's pathetic.

You've made this argument before. Stats, stats and more stats.

Forget that lsu has never been a team who throws the ball for a lot of yardage.

Sorry, but Jefferson was not good. How many 80-90 yard games did we watch?

LSU can't afford for Harris to struggle this year. You know it, I know it, and Miles knows it.

He can't go into a one dimensional shell if Harris turns in a mediocre performance against Wisky. They have to get him going early for to be effective during the meat of the November schedule.

Regardless, we will be very one dimensional and predictable. Our O is always playing at a disadvantage. We are the only team in the country that does not game plan to the strengths and weaknesses of our opponent to put our players in the best position to succeed.

If only Harris and all future QBs can say they were involved in beating Gumps twice, ecstatic.

Was it for all the beans though??? Oh wait....

" Be careful all that Kool-Aid could lead to the development of diabetes"

And disrespect for 112 wins, two championship game appearances, and a national title all won while playing in the most Powerful college football conference there is can lead to your becoming a drama queen.
Perhaps you can list for us all the coaches out there who have remained at their same school and accomplish the same results in the last 11 years. Let's not talk about assumptions, but let's talk about those who have actually accomplished such a feat.

If you don't like Miles for whatever the reason, that's fine, but why does your dislike for your favorite teams coach have to lead to disrespect for what the man has accomplished at what is supposed to be your favorite school??

Lonnie, they can't help it. If he is trolling it shows immaturity and stupidity. If not, it still shows at least stupidity. Negatigers are what they are - an inferior sub species of hominids living in a fantasy land of self-doubt, manic depression and self hate. Almost feel sorry for the POS.
