Giving LSU the nod over a combination of OSU's offense and Bama's defense, but admit it, even that might be fun. This is an LSU message board. Why do we care whether it is fair or not, or who gets the second place votes. Send 'em on down and let's line up and play, right?

Master bump.

It is too late for any team to come up with a game plan to beat the Tigers if they play to their potential. That would require a complete reconditioning program over the Christmas break. This team has too much depth and athleticism to get beat unless they make a bunch of stupid errors.

I do not mean in your make believe match up .. I mean in real life. Your post makes the assumption that nobody can beat LSU .. You are fricking insane if you believe that.

I see you can't seem to read all the way to the end of a sentence. Are you just a Notre Dame fan, or is this the result of a Notre Dame education?

I did and for you to even ask a question if LSU could beat some sort of college all star team makes me believe that you think that no regular team could possibly beat them .. That is fricking insane.

You mean because I think all the noise about who faces LSU in the last game is moot?

Sure, OK. Argue away about what's fair and who deserves what and who is better.

Sorry man, just a pet peeve of mine. Pisses me off when people force me to open the thread to see what it's about.

Sorry, the season is far from over, I like our chances, but you are getting way ahead of yourself. If this team wins the next two games, than we can start talking about them being one of the best teams of all time.

Whoa, I said nothing about greatest of all time, and the bold in your quote is your emphasis, not mine. I have not seen a team this year that beats LSU if they play to their potential, which they did not do, IMHO, against the Tide on the road.

The conditioning, athleticism and depth of this team have won every game they have played, against very good competition I might add. That depth and conditioning cannot be "prepared" in a week or two if you haven't built the foundation.

I like the Tigers' chances against anybody they might face in New Orleans.
