I Would Have Felt Better...

If Alleva actually went through a coaching search. I get how difficult it is to lure a guy like Jimbo away. He gets a pass on that. I can even give him somewhat of a pass on Herman since he was the hot candidate this year. BUT...how you don't take your time to interview 3-5 additional candidates before making a decision is beyond me. O had zero leverage and would have been on standby while we talked to Fedora, Fleck, Fuente, etc. If Alleva actually conducts a search and still lands on O, it would have been an easier pill to swallow. I can back O and still think Alleva needs to go.
