He had a great year as DC at NC.
The idiots saying he sucks because of last night would have said Saban sucked b/c of Iowa. Chiz would be a home run hire....but I don't know - this doesn't seem legit. Hell, I don't even know if Steele is leaving. Knowing Miles, he probably promoted Steel to special co-assistant coach of victory and competition, and promoted Peveto to DC

His NC year was a fluke because he had Cam and Nick Fairley on defense. Once they were gone, it all went straight downhill.

Saban gave up 630 yards to Auburn last year. 628 to A&M the year before.

he wasn't the dc
when he was the dc......for all the teams that he's coached......he did fantastic. I mentioned his n.c. because it certainly wouldn't hurt on the recruiting trail.

First, I was wrong about his D being great. Numbers don't reflect that
I saw FSU dismantle UF in the swamp.
