His tackleing technique of diving at the ball carriers feet is comical. It seems as if he is afraid of contact, it literally looks as if he is diving for candy at a Christmas parade.

Please,,,Loston used to blow fools up until, he kept getting hit with personal foul. With this crazy NCAA rule of targeting, I will guess the coaches are emphasizing players to avoid overly aggressive contact to the upper area of receivers to avoid the 15 yard penalty or worse ejected for targeting.

IMO, I think the targeting rule is really effecting his playing style, therefore he's going low. But yea he could do better.

Our coverage sucks and so does the inability to shed blocks, but there is no excuse for our tackleing

As whole that seems to be or db's tackling style. I have also noticed that when we do wrap up in stead of getting the running backs to the ground they are more concerned with trying for a strip. Then the back goes for another 3 or 4 yards. Turnovers are great but I'll settle for turnover on dons also.

I know he has waited his turn but we might as well just throw another frosh out there. He just isn't cutting it at pass defense and if he isn't the run stopper we thought he'd be it may be time to look to the future

tough to be a head hunter in a deep cover 2 base defense. Quarterbacks have been attacking the sidelines rather than over the middle against LSU. Not being able to stop the run or keep contain forces you db's to come up and be out of position. I think the leg injury has really hurt loston's coverage ability against Georgia, as a result Eugene has played more and played poorly.

He's not the same. Showed a lot of improvement and had some good contributions last year but he's not the same player.

Probably got tired of being injured and/or doesn't want to be ejected.

If he kept his head up and looked for the ball more, he'd have multiple interceptions and one pick six to date....

The dude is a senior that should be alot smarter than he is for sure! He doesn't look any better than some of the young guys that consistently are out of place imo!
