I still like the idea of firing CEO and hiring Matt Canada as Head Coach

it has only taken CEO weeks to get us in the bottom half of all football
Matt is young and I will tell you this - I like the idea of what he could do as the Head guy for 3 years vs what CEO will do to the Tigers after 3 years.

If either coordinator would be elevated to HC to save money and move on from Orgeron, it would have to be Aranda.

What have you seen from Canada's offense that has you impressed?
Is it the 3 yard throws, the motions for nothing, or the lineman having no idea who they're blocking?

so you want a questionable OC to take over, lose the DC and have to rebuild a program with all new staff.

What has Matt done to deserve being head coach. This team still doesn't know his offense 5 games into the season. I know people here have a man crush on the coordinators, but open your eyes. Matt deserves a lot of blame for this train wreck too and Aranda hasn't been stellar this year either. Even though it's sacrilege to say anything bad about Aranda.

Although he had a great rep prior to coming here, I'm going by what I've seen so far, and I'm not impressed at all. Wasn't looking for perfection, looking for improvement and some creativity in scheme to keep defenses off balance. Would be a joke to make him a HC off of what we've seen so far. His players can't even learn his offense it seems.

He may be an excellent but stoic head coach one day. No idea to know either way.
But there is no way Canada could be named HC over Aranda unless the latter declined the offer first.
