I think you can blame Perrilloux for the Lee/Jefferson years. But anything beyond that is all on Miles.

If he doesn't frick up, Lee is never forced into action too early and Miles never becomes terrified of passing.

I agree Miles has fricked up, but he got the shaft with Perrilloux going straight hood on him, Zachary Lee rolling out for the Dodgers, then Gunner Keil growing a pussy. He has literally zero excuse this year.

Pick six and the shite machine offense killed the defense. With a gifted talent at the time like Perrilloux imo it changes the whole dynamic of the team. So many weapons wasted.
