Thats how I got pumped up for football after LSU baseball was over and there is nothing sports worth a crap to watch. I watched those every night

Good stuff. Watching a lot of those from the 80s leaves me asking why the eye of the tiger was centered on the 47 yard line (on the North side of midfield) instead of being centered on the 50. Anybody know why it was like that?

Then it hit me, who am I really making these videos for? I started off doing it many years ago on VHS for friends and as the internet progressed I took it to Youtube. But this fanbase has become so miserable that it's hard to find the drive to spend a day or two editing a 15 minute video. It's like what's the point anymore?
There is no fire in our fanbase anymore. I sit in the same spot that we have tailgated for decades and watch the changes. There is no electricity in the crowd, only iPhones stuck to faces. We lose a game and it's the end of the world. We are on the winningest streak in our history and people complain.
Anyway in closing, I am no longer making videos. I will keep my existing videos up. Thanks for the feedback and Geaux Tigers.

That's not exactly correct. In the '85 Alabama game video, you can clearly see the pupil of the eye is centered just inside the 48, not on the 50 like it is now.
As a member of Tiger Band in those days, it meant that the image was centered on the LSU form from Pre-game (which itself isn't centered because it measures 55 yards wide).
I suspect that it wasn't centered due to the fact that it was only the left eye, so it implied there was more of the face. Even with this explanation, a mirror image on the other side of the 50 would be too close to look right.
I still think it looks better off-center. JMHO.
