gonna agree with you, have had season tickets for close to 10 years, love going to the games, but it is getting painful, but trust me, LSU is on the way back up, Trent Johnson knows what he's doing

I am beginning to wonder. Just when it looks like it couldn't get any worse, it gets worse.

Johnson inherited a mess. He is building from the ground up. He playing with a team depleted by injuries. We should make strides next year.
TJ isn't going anywhere. He's going to be given the chance to get the program moving. If he fails, he fails.

outside of Ole miss UK and UT were expected to be blow outs.

Yep. They won the first 2 SEC games by playing good defense and rebounding. They can't score in the paint for whatever reason, and their offense basically shuts down and starts to throw up threes when they get behind. Storm being hurt doesn't help, but there's got to be a better effort shown out there. Maybe Dale can give them a motivational speech so we can make it a decent game this weekend

What planet are you on? He inherited a real mess 3 guys in the pros is a mess. He has made a mess of this program. Brady took over a mess.....probation. TJ has this program in the worst shape it has ever been. I have watched LSU bb for 30 years and have never seen a team with less talent than this one. LSU bb is embarassing at this point.

Actually they won their first 2 by playing teams that can't throw it in the ocean.

I will give them credit, their playing as hard as they can. Bottom Line is this team just isn't very good.

Stringer is a SG in a PG body. To make it worst he's in a major shooting slump, probably because he's pressing. What has probably disappointed me the most is I really thought he'd be much quicker off the dribble.

Matt D has shown that he can contribute. But, he's also being asked to do way more than he's ready for at this point.

Turner was a bright spot before the injury. He was probably the one guy this team couldn't afford to get hurt, because he can score. Hopefully he gets healed quickly.

G.Green- while he has been a pleasant suprise. He jacks it up every time he touches it. When he's your #1 scoring option, your a bad team. Still he's played good.

S.Warren-He's been hurt this year so not much to say. Him being healthy would definitely help.

M.White-Really lacks quickness and it kills him on the defensive end. He actually has a decent midrange game at times but he looks real stiff at times. He gets in foul trouble alot and it hampers him and this team needs him to be a double-double guy which he's not.

Dotson- Plays hard. Just don't think he's nearly as good as billed coming in. Don't really know what else to say. He plays a position that you need scoring and he doesn't score well.

Bass- Is what he is. handles the team well at times, but his lack of offense kills this team because this team doesn't score well anyways.

Ludwig-Does some decent things and is decent off the bench for depth. But he's simply limited.

Courtney- Haven't seen enough to know what we have. Needed to be redshirted.

We are definitely struggling. I have been a big Trent defender, but he needs to turn it around in a hurry. If we don't have a vastly improved team next year, I think he may be in trouble.

Trent Johnson sucks.

I love LSU basketball, and I'm going to keep listening to every game on the Big 870, but he sucks and we need to look elsewhere after this season.

I agree with this... time to move on once this mess is over with. Experiment Fail!

Well, we all knew that TJ's second year would be more like a true first year. He inheireted a solid team and made them SEC champions. This year has been a disaster, but I would like to see him next year. However, 'being young' is not an excuse in college basketball. Everyone is young.

Name the 3
Temple's 10 day contract isn't exactly legit, but count him if you want to.

I got Thorton, that's 1

I'm assuming he's including Temple and Johnson, both of whom just signed 10-day contracts.....
