It is because our game plan has been too fricking conservative and unimaginative every fricking game (except the one where Mett threw for a bunch of yards). We always come in thinking we will run first over Bama and wear them down like we do other teams. But Bama is probably one team which has the same amount of talent on the field and depth on the bench as LSU and they just don't roll over like other teams. Auburn is showing today how it can be done against them.

I sure as hell hope we can break this losing streak against them next season. I don't care if Cam and Miles spend the entire off season game planning against Bama instead of the season opener. I am tired of losing to the gumps. Open up the secret playbook. 10 years is too long to keep it under wraps. What are we waiting for?

I know too. They've scored more points than us in each game. Duh.

2014 first and goal from 6 yd with 73 seconds and Leonard Fournette is on the sidelines.

2012 fourth and 1 at Bama 31, Mett, Hill, Ford, Sheppard, on sidelines and he runs the Ware Cat, stuffed.

Les plays not to lose against Satan now and try to just keep in close and win in the end. Worked once in last 6 years. Gus doesnt give a frick, is the anti Saban, I am sure we will see a fake punt or onside kick.

Auburn should already have more than 50, and still might get there, but we'd rather pound right into the middle of the line and blame our defense when we don't win

Miles' game plan gave us a chance to beat Bama. I can't argue with their approach this past season against bama, outside of adding some elements to spread out the defense for some more running room.

This. If our defense gives up double digits then it's over

Well that and our defense can't stop them from driving the field in the final minute of the game.

Yeah, but it sucks that the defense has to play a perfect game bc the offense can't score

Damn, if only you told Miles after the first time. It's all your fault.

I truly wish LSU ran a similar offense to Au with that kind of trust. and they have the guy in Harris to do it.. considering Au wanted Harris

I just do not see this happening with Miles at the helm. He has yet to discover the miracle of offense.

If we run the offense we ran in the first half against Texas A&M, we beat Mississippi ST, Alabama, and Arkansas. Still probably lose to Auburn but who knows. Also people would be talking about how good a QB AJ is instead of how bad he is. OUr offense scheme has been a huge anchor to LSU football for a long time but especially since Cam came along. Hopefully MIles/Cam have seen the light after the A&M game. Put Harris running that offense and our offense will be explosive.

What makes Bama so tough is they can throw it when they need too and you cannot be a one dimensional team and beat them most game. We have to get our passing game fixed.

Don't forget the personal foul penalty that cost LSU the game.
