What's good places to have drinks Friday night in Starkville. The game is late Saturday night, so I figured it would be best to get the partying in on Friday night.

Honestly man, by the pool at your hotel. The bar scene is very lack luster there.

Pretty sure Bulldog Bash is that Friday night and they usually have some pretty decent bands in town for that.

Bulldog Bash is Friday night in Cotton District. Two years ago there were about 30,000 people there. Headliner was Black Crowes.

I had fun in Starkville in 2013. There were plenty of options. On Gameday I watched football and drank at the Hotel Chester beer garden, Dave's Dark Horse Tavern, and upstairs at Mugshots.

Their stadium is literally in the middle of a cow pasture right off the interstate next to a Buffalo Wild Wings

I have family that lives there... Free room, free food...all we had to get is tickets....so yea, its worth going.
