How many 30 point losses did Les have in his 11+ years as the head coach at LSU? Is it 5 or 6?

Oregon has 1 in 4 games.

ETA: The answer for Miles is 2. 2 losses of 30 or more points in over 11 years

WTG tiger fans. Down vote someone's desire to see LSU win out. What a bunch of Finebaum's in this fan base!

That's not what he said.

We all want LSU to win out.

The OP did not say he wants LSU to win out bcs of his love for LSU but rather he wants to win so folks would be wrong about O. That's not pro-LSU.

You're trying to pin on him what he did over 10 years ago??? You're making yourself look foolish. You want to label him based on this one depleted loss. The OL issue can be put on Les

I rooted for us to win until the bitter end with Les and I'll root for us to win with Coach O. But I'm not going to ignore what's going on and not call out the bullshite.

Les Miles did not lose 6 offensive linemen in one offseason. Orgeron did that.

You idiots can keep trying to blame it on Miles, but you're going to be wrong every time.

This whole back and forth between the O-haters and supporters feels like a Mexican standoff. Quite honestly, it's getting old and nobody will be proven right or wrong without getting much deeper in the season.

1st of all no way we lose to bama by less than 24! After that hope, hope, hope all you want! We might be able to beat Florida/ Auburn IF we run every trick play and the receivers catch every ball thrown in there directions. 10-2 is a slim possibility but no way we win out.

wildtigercat93 - elaborate for us "the bullshite going on" with Coach O. Specifics will enhance your case.

Who on here is hoping we lose.

Pointing out that Saturday looks like the realization of our worst fears is a far cry from hoping to lose.

For fricks sake, nothing would make he happier than to see O win an SEC and National title at LSU.

But since he's taken over there is nothing to indicate that that is even a remote possibility.

1-3 in games against good teams (and Florida wasn't even that good) since taking over for Les.

I would love LSU to win out and would also love to win the Powerball. I figure the odds of both are about even. I support the Tigers and will root for them, but the present situation brings the whole Alleva/Orgeron debacle back to the fore front. It's looking like a typical O team developing. That's what has everyone in such an uproar. I do sincerely hope that he proves us wrong and gets this team turned around. We'll begin to find out in 3 weeks unless the Tigers lose to Syracuse or Troy before then.

You are obviously laughing because you don't want LSU and coach O to win. Indeed, as far as you and your unhinged ilk are concerned, you hope LSU loses all of its games as long as coach O remains the head football coach of LSU. Which probably will be for a good 15 years or more.

6-6 6-5 6-6 7-5 9-2

He took over Michigan State in 1995.

They had not had a winning season in 5 years before he got there.
