yes, who can forget Tom Landry's non-stop ranting and raving on the Cowboys sideline

Most on here have no clue who Tom Landry was or how he carried himself. The players KNEW not to screw up and they respected that man.

Didn't Les already say O would be on the field and Steele in box?

Sounds like you've played a lot of football potty mouth. You actually believe Miles provides a lot of input to players during the game? A few words when player is coming off of the field is fine. All I am saying is it will be nice for the players to have someone on the sideline to talk to. I think it might help to calm them down and focus too. You little prick.

during games this year. If so, it might look like LSU has at least one coach on the sideline with a pulse.
Yeah that's a lot better than him being at home watching on TV.

God I hate our ignorant fans. Miles just gave lsu it's most successful 10 year stretch ever and lsu "fans" treat him like he barely makes bowl games. The program has finished in the top 15 8 of his 10 seasons.

No offense but this idiot will be glad to see more than Les standing there looking up at the replays with a confused look on his face.

I've never seen a fan base treat their most successful coach, ever, as bad as lsu "fans" treat Miles.

O will be on the sidelines. I support Les and I'm worried about whomever replaces him. I would be cool with a coordinator or two on the sideline as well. Cam clearly likes the view from upstairs and Steele personality seems to fit that as well, but we will see. I would love to see Grimes and Ball coach the TEs and our current TE coach actually coach the QBs considering he was a QB. Again I like a coach on the field coaching the QBs at least face to face in game situations and Cam can continue coaching them in practice. Whatever titles you choose, I don't like a walk on QB giving the QBs the message. I've been ripped before for this comment so bring it on Rant.

Well when he follows up the best coach of our generation, those are big shoes to fill. Les has done a great job, but QB issues will haunt his legacy. Still one of the greatest LSU sports figures of all time, just didn't quite do as much with the talent he has had as he should've, to this point.

It appears the talent that is currently being brought in the past two years and this current year is a notch above even what we've been doing so I wouldn't say his story is done being written at LSU

I'm sure he will be. No one could understand him over the headsets.

Yaw, yaw, yaw, coverage. Yaw, yaw, blitz.
