The success of LSU's offense in 2015 lies with the OFFENSIVE LINE. Period, end of story....
We have unbelievable skill players but they need someone to block for them......

This guys seems to have way too much talent to be counted out.

says who? talent in high school at the qb position is not proof of talent at the college level.

the thing I question is his chest. that's right, does he have the balls to be an SEC QB. an SEC QB must be able to be calm under fire and be tough as shite when the 250-300 pounders knock you down and get up and make a play. can he do this? I have no knowledge that he can or he can't.

I have seen AJ do this. he is a tough kid. before a zillion local posters call me names, I have no ax to grind in this AJ vs BH battle nor do I hate les miles. I want a good QB no matter which one it is.

Do you have any other feelings? This is amazing that you and you alone would have this insight and feelings. Just teasing. Many of us feel he will be stellar, but only if Miles allows him to be.

At 18 years old against some SEC competition, I'd say he showed flashes. If he keeps working to get better, I really believe he could be the answer. Just needs a shot to prove it

I get so tired of this argument. Ok, so he's a tough kid that can take a hit. He still has to throw the thing, and he just can't do It...or at least I haven't seen It. And It Isn't like the first sack Harris takes will make him just quit. Toughness is fine if you have skill to compliment it. AJ does not.

We sure as hell won't win shite with Jennings. That's not even debatable.

I choose to take an optimistic view. Like the OP, I feel that he has too much talent and too much at stake to not come into both spring drills and August practices much more motivated.

And now that BH has been here a year, he has a much better idea of what it will take to win the starting job and what the coaching staff expects from him. I hope and believe we'll see a stronger work ethic from him and more of a willingness to study that playbook and show the leadership necessary to be successful.

Miles jacks him around more this spring then why not pick up and transfer.Give that one a 50 - 50 shot.
Has to be beyond humblng and discouraging sitting on the bench behind one of the worse QBs in college football last season.
