I find it very concerning that aranda hasn't finalized a contract

I think all indications are he is staying but why hasn't it been "done"? Thoughts?

His buyout is based on a percentage. It was 50% of his remaining salary to leave for a DC job at an SEC school or a team less than 500 miles away. 20% if he leaves to a non SEC school more than 500 miles away.
If the contract increases, the buyout increases.
If the contract increases, the buyout increases.
