I don't know how to describe "heart" with a lot of words, but I've seen some pics!!

I respect the hell out of Etling. Dude gives the team everything he's got. He gets ragged for this and that, but you can't question his effort and toughness.

JJ Sr. year rating was 138, with a much better Oline and Reciever corp
DE has a 147 rating, he is not a top QB, but he is not horrible:
Makes better decisions and has the ability to run the ball.
Misses some throws, and his ball hangs a while. But he is a long way from horrible.

Love Etling for his heart but he simply has a weak arm and is average game manager. No disrespect Danny.

Thing is with Etling, he knows who he is and how limited his abilities are. That's why he busts his arse out on the field. He's not close to perfect by any metric but at least he's not quitting and has been running for first downs which is the higher percentage play than him throwing for it now.
Not one problem with White and Etling's effort. Both still have room for improvement but they're the true leaders of this team. I hope White is knocking heads when he doesn't see effort from his team now.
